Welcome to mahoutsuki.com (the “site”). Please read this agreement carefully, as it governs your use of the site and constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use the site. Mahou Tsuki reserves the right to make changes to the site and to these terms of use from time to time. When we make changes, we will post them here. You may wish to check this section from time to time because by visiting the site, you agree to accept any such changes.
Each time you use the site, you signify your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of use.
These terms are in addition to any other agreements you may have with Mahou Tsuki including the privacy policy, return policy, and shipping information.

When using the site, you will receive a password and an account designation upon completing the Site’s registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Mahou Tsuki of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You also agree to accept sole responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. Mahou Tsuki is not under any obligation to verify the actual identity of any person accessing the site.
Before placing an order, we will show you the item(s) selected for purchase, a description of such item(s), the price and applicable taxes, the shipping cost, and any other information required by applicable laws. You understand that your order shall constitute an offer to purchase the selected item(s). Orders are not binding on Mahou Tsuki until accepted by an email confirming our acceptance of such order. Acceptance shall be subject to product availability and a valid payment.
Prices displayed on the site are quoted in Canadian dollars. Although Mahou Tsuki will attempt to provide accurate pricing for all items on the site, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information at any time, even after an order is placed. In the eventuality that you place an order for an item incorrectly priced, Mahou Tsuki may cancel such order and reverse the charges applicable to your payment.
Mahou Tsuki accepts: Visa, Mastercard, and American express
Your name and billing address must exactly match those on your credit card statement. This information is used as a part of the
validation process of your credit card. Mahou Tsuki does not retain your credit card number following authorization by the financial institution issuing the credit card unless you give consent to do so. Credit card information, exclusive of shipping information, is not accessible or stored on our website and/or databases, but the data is securely handled by Square, our payment
gateway, and upon your consent, your credit card information is stored on Square’s secure servers to make future purchases on our site more convenient for you. We do retain the credit card authorization number for the transaction in case you wish to return the purchase for a credit.
We do not collect funds from your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.
Purchases on the site are subject to applicable taxes. You may also be charged taxes on the shipping fees. For clarity, you are responsible for all sales, use, goods and services, harmonized sales, and other taxes and duties associated with an order.
If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes paid on each returned item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes paid for shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you are returning something as a result of a shipping error.
Mahou Tsuki is very proud to offer our customers a fully secure shopping environment. Mahou Tsuki is partnered with Square to handle your credit card purchases. Square is PCI compliant, which allows Mahou Tsuki to safely and securely accept, process, and transmit cardholder data during credit card transactions to prevent fraud and data breaches. The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. Your credit card information will not be retained once you make a purchase.
We use the 128-bit secure socket layer protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than Mahou Tsuki.
Once you enter the checkout page your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. You can tell that you are in secure mode by the following:

If you cannot access the secure server for any reason, you can place your order by emailing us at hello@mahoutsuki.com and we will send you an invoice via Square for you to securely make a payment on your purchases.
While we implement the above and other security measures to protect your information, please note that no data transmitted over the internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

The availability of products and/services on this site may vary. Some featured items may be available only in limited quantities or only while supplies last. Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to remove the item promptly from display on the site. The display of an item is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock or that it will be available on our site when you visit again. For any availability issues, please contact us. We will make every effort to fulfill your requests whenever possible.

The use of gift cards and coupons issued by Mahou Tsuki are subject to these terms. Gift cards and coupons are only redeemable for merchandise at any Mahou Tsuki store and mahoutsuki.com. They are not redeemable for cash, except where permitted by law. Purchases will be deducted from the gift card amount until the value reaches zero. Card balance can be verified by emailing hello@mahoutsuki.com. The purchase of a gift card(s) is final and non-refundable. Treat this card like cash. Mahou Tsuki is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of this gift card and/or coupons and coupon codes.
If a credit card was used in combination with a gift card, the original amount will be credited on a new gift card and then the remaining balance will be refunded onto your credit card.
